BrushClan Camp BrushClan camp lies in a huddle against StarClan's Eye, the biggest cliff adorning their territory. Both the warriors den and the apprentice den are made of brush woven waterproof. The leader's den is a cave formed of a rockfall, and the medicine den is an old tree stump, with the trunk of the tree forming the elders' den. BrushClan Territory BrushClan territory is swathed in scrub and foliage. They hunt their prey with stealth, creeping through the underbrush and hiding in shadow. CaveClan Camp CaveClan lies deep, in numerous caverns hidden within folds of cliff and rubble. Thin tunnels formed by wind and rain provide a spiderweb network of interconnecting habitats - quite an impressively defensible area. The few accessible entrances lead into a large antechamber where rainwater and condensate collect into a pool, allowing for fresh water most times of the year, yet not easily drained and at times prone to harboring mosquitos. From the antechamber is access to groups of habitat: a length of interconnecting tunnels which contain the Leaders' Den, Medicine Cat Den, and Nursery; and another group of tunnels containing the Elder Den, Warrior's Den, and Apprentice Den. There are numerous smaller tunnels and cavern areas within the cliffs that allow for endless exploration. The depths of the caverns remain cool enough in summer to allow limited preservation for kills - a day or two at least. CaveClan Territory CaveClan's Territory consists of the caverns in which they dwell, the ledges of the cliffs that house those caverns, and a small piece of land that the cliffs open up to face the White River. East and skyward of the main entrance to Camp is a ledge upon which rockfall left a hill of shrapnel, hiding a small opening aptly named Rubble Hill Outlook. Within the caverns are endless chambers black as pitch, but if one chose wisely, one would find themself in a long, pin-straight stretch of tunnel filled with native bats. A quiet pawstep is required not to wake them, but diligence and patience will benefit in that by reaching the end, one would find themselves emerging into a room sliced through by rays of light which meld and disappear into a seasonal pool. Deep blue and appearing endless, it soaks up the sunlight filtering through openings far above and reflects it around the entirety of the chamber, creating a naturally well-lit cave. CliffClan Territory CliffClan territory is rolling hills, sharp drop-offs, and high terrain. The area is only for the cats most skilled in climbing and jumping. The territory can be dangerous, but it's rich in birds and offers gorgeous views of the surrounding land. ShaleClan Territory Mainly relying on their aggressive speed to catch their prey, ShaleClan resides in a large, flat scrubland highlighted by several patches of herbs and foliage and a small, seasonal stream on the west side. Blue sage plants dot the area and provide water during the dry season. The vast, flat area allows members of ShaleClan to run and catch prey without being obstructed. Palegrounds The pale, sandy area in the center of the Clans territories, where the Gatherings take place on each full moon. The Clan leaders sit on top of the Palerock while addressing the clans. |

MoonClaw The Clans' link to StarClan, a fossilized claw embedded in the side of a canyon. Every half-moon, the medicine cats travel to commune with their ancestors. When a new leader is appointed, they travel here to receive their nine lives and new name. |

Vale of Spirits The sacred, communal graveyard all four Clans share, located in a surprisingly fertile valley. Violence of any kind is highly taboo and forbidden in the Vale. It's origins can be traced back to a war fought between all four groups over the highly coveted territory. The battle was bloody and violent and ended in the area becoming off limits, and now serves as the spiritual gateway between life and StarClan. |
